Data processed by the website
The website has no user accounts, analytics cookies or embedded marketing trackers. When you contact us by e-mail, phone or the “Report a problem” form, we process the information you voluntarily provide: your name, contact details, basic device information and issue description.
Purpose and retention
Form data is used to assess whether the case is suitable for remote support, contact you, prepare an offer and maintain business correspondence. The form forwards the request to the dedicated repair@munasystems.com mailbox; when a valid e-mail address is supplied, the system also sends an automatic receipt containing the case reference; at this stage it does not create a public user account or store payment-card data. Data is retained only as long as necessary to process the request and meet legal obligations.
Remote Repair
Do not submit passwords, BitLocker keys, card numbers, private documents or other secret data through the request form. Before service sessions or detailed diagnostics are activated, expanded rules will cover technical logs, consent and retention.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of data you have provided where no legal basis requires continued retention.
